for our bow ties, bandanas, and fabric collars, they are all made from 100% cotton fabric. the bow ties are also made with interfacing to help them keep their shape, while the fabric collars are sewn onto heavy duty nylon webbing to provide strength. our eco canvas collars are made from a recycled canvas fabric and polypropylene webbing. our waterproof collars and leashes are made out of biothane, a durable, versatile material which provides people with a vegan, cruelty-free alternative to leather. other bonuses of biothane include it being fully waterproof, mud proof, and stink proof! It comes in tons of fun colors and is extremely easy to clean!

if you need to return part or all of your order, please email us at help@drusdoggydelights.com so we can help you out. check out our returns and refund policy to see what is eligible. custom items cannot be returned, sorry. you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

we do our best to ship orders out in 1-3 business days for almost all of our products. custom items such as ID collars take between 1-2 weeks to ship. if we have any questions or need to contact your about your order, we will do so via email or instagram.

the cost of shipping is determined at checkout. we offer $5 flat rate shipping for domestic shipping for all orders under $75. orders over $75 will ship with free shipping! we also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost determined at checkout. this does not mean we can process your order any faster, but the postal service will ship it faster. international shipping costs will vary by location, but you can see an estimate during checkout before placing your order.
